[Krug-Grunwald-Tree.GED] OBITUARY - Commonwealth Reporter, Fond du Lac, WI - Dated: 1976 Mrs. Mabel Bertha Immel, 86, formerly of 45 15th Street, who resided withher daughter before entering Maple Manor Nursing Home on October 7, diedthere at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday. She was born July 23, 1890, in the Town of Eldorado, a daughter of thelate Carl and Bertha Toetz Rabe. She was married to Albert Immel onJanuary 14, 1915. The couple farmed in the Town of Empire before moving to Fond du Lac in1950. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Geraldine) Miritz of Route 6,with whom she previously resided, and Mrs. Edwin (Dorothy) Wollerman ofTaycheedah; a son, Gordon of Route 6; 12 grandchildren; 14great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ida Eggers of Fond du Lac; a brother,Arthur Rabe of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her husband onFebruary 18, 1965, and by three brothers and a sister. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Peter's LutheranChurch, Pastor Karl A. Gurgel will officiate, and burial will follow inLedgeview Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends of Mrs. Immel may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday atBidlingmaier-Hornby Funeral Home and at the church from noon Friday untilthe time of services.
