Hilda was a member of Bluenose Senior Citizens Club and a 50 year member of the Alexander Rebekah Lodge 22, Lunenburg. She is survived by daughter, Gloria Bell, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Judy, Richard, Patricia; four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl; brothers, Aubrey, Donald, Gordon, Bruce; sisters, Erna, Pearl. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday in Central United Church, Lunenburg, Rev. Grace Caines-Corkum officiating. Interment will be in Old Blockhouse Cemetery, Blockhouse. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Central United Church or Old Blockhouse Cemetery. With thanks to Rosemary Rafuse.
