The existence of this UNNAMED Domans is pure speculation. Base d
upon an estimated birth dates of 1350 for Herman Domans and 14
55 for Thies Douwmann, it would seem likely that Thies is Herman
's great-grandson in which case we need a son for Herman to comp
lete the link. Again based on pure speculation, I put the birt h
of this Unknown Dohmann about 1385. It is also possible tha t
Thies could be Herman's great-great-grandson in which case w e
would need another unnamed person at this time to complete th e
link but for simplicity we will assume that there are just 2 g
enerations between Herman and Thies. The approximate death dat e
of 1455 is based solely on an assumed 70 year life span.
