Obituary provided by Helene Hamm: Buffalo River Review, Linden, TN, November 5, 1986 "Lessie Talley Brewer Lessie Talley Brewer, 79, died October 27, 1986, at Perry County Nursing Home in Linden. Funeral services were held at 2:00 October 29th at McDonald Funeral Home in Linden. Burial was in the Standing Rock cemetery with Richard McKnight officiating. She was a native of Perry County; daughter of the late Porter and Harriett Crowell [sic] Hensley; member of Pineview Pentacostal church; homemaker; married to the late Burnett Talley and following his death she was married to the late Thelma Brewer. Survivors include 5 daughters, Sylvia Hensley, Louretta Holder, Mildred Tinin, Hessie Parnell, Jean Treadwell all of Linden; 4 sons, Don Rex Talley, Enos Talley, Hillard Talley, all of Linden; Leslie Talley of Camden; 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild."
