Birth: Jun. 28, 1919 Cashion Kingfisher County Oklahoma, USA Death: Feb. 9, 2009 League City Galveston County Texas, USA Eileen, in her 89th year, went to be with the Lord on Monday. She battled Alzheimer's; now she has won the battle: the Alzheimer's is dead and she is alive forever. Born to Elizabeth and Morgan Mack in Oklahoma, she migrated to California while still a young child. In 1941 she married Ernest Coy Goodman of Orange, and thereafter spent most of her life in Texas. After the death of her husband in 1962, she resided with her son Lawrence. She was an avid reader and loved to crochet for her family and friends. She also enjoyed playing the piano. She was a faithful follower of Christ. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Lawrence Douglas Goodman, her daughter Betty Loene Tadlock and her son-in-law David Tadlock; her grandson Bradley Scott Tadlock; her granddaughter Bethany Christine and husband J. Michael Woodard and their daughter Ariana; and her brother Roy Mack. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews of the J.E. Hodge family of Texas and Kit Mack of California. She will be dearly missed by her family.
