durch Einheirat Bauer auf dem nach ihm benannten Schererhof. 18. November 1743 Heiratsabrede zwischen Lorenz Scherer in Eschbach und der Eva Mayer, Witwe des Mathis Gremmelspacher, Vogt selig im Stürental. Er zieht auf ihren Hof, bringt 300 fl. mit, kann 12 Jahre hausen und erhält dann ein Leibgeding. Sie hat drei Kinder, Maria, Andreas (Bauer 9) und Gertrud, denen zum Voraus 900 fl. verordnet wird. ( GLA 61 1 10793 S. 261 - 263)
