REILAND GEORGIA LEE
Age 82, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on April 25, 2009. Georgia was born July 21, 1926 in St. Louis, MO and graduated from Steelville High School, Steelville, MO in 1943. She traveled to Long Beach, California and went to work in the Naval Shipyard during WWII where she met the love of her life, Arthur "Jack" Reiland. They were married in 1945 and she traveled back to Pittsburgh, PA where she lovingly raised her family. In 1994 she moved to Surprise, AZ and she quickly embraced the active adult lifestyle. She enjoyed golf, mahjong and many other activities. She is survived by her four children, Jeffrey Reiland, Pittsburgh, PA, Doug Reiland, Smithton, PA, Donald Reiland, Youngtown, AZ and Lori Reiland, Peoria, AZ; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Reiland II, Norfolk, VA, Lindsey Nusselt Reiland, Peoria, AZ, Alisa, Julie and Kaitlin Reiland, Smithton, PA and Zachory Reiland, Peoria, AZ; great- grandchildren James and Jack Reiland. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Reiland and her grandson, James Reiland. A Celebration of the Life of Georgia Reiland will be held 2:30pm Friday, May 8th, at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL CEMETERY CHAPEL, 401 Curry Hollow Road, Pgh, PA 15236.
