Ebenezer Stevens (John, Ebenezer, Richard, Henry) was born at Sandlake,New York, June 10, 1802. He olived for some years with his uncle, RichardStevens, in New Marlboro, Massachusetts. Later he settled in Grafton, NewYork, where he maarried July 5, 1827, Mary Worthington, born at Grafton,New York November 7, 1803, the daughter of John and Lovisa (Robinson)Worthington. Ebenezer Stevens was a farmer and lumberman. He representedhis town in the Board of Supervisors for several terms. He died December21, 1883. She died May 26, 1888.
