No, that cannot be, for three reasons.
1) The file on his widow's burial at the Weissensee cemetery in Berlin says her husband was already dead when she died in 1935. it says he died 'answärts' -- that is, not in Berlin.
2) Their son was named Wilhelm. That rules out the father having that name, according to central European Jewish naming traditions.
3) Their son was born in 1886. It is extremely unlikely that father Kochmann, a doctor, would have had a son at the age of 18.
