Shirley Nora PECORELLA

Birth: Dec. 25, 1939 Albion Orleans New York, USADeath: Nov. 16, 1998 Albion Orleans New York, USA mother of Julie (Don) Riling of Ohio; daughter of Matteo and the late Gladys Pecorella of Albion, NY; grandmother of Brittany and Brenton; sister of Frances P. Oakes of Albion, NY, Matteo (Prue) Pecorella of Brockport, NY and Charles (Phyllis) Pecorella of Brockport, NY; also survived by nieces and nephews. Ms. Coffey spent her entire lifetime in the Albion area. After graduating from Albion High School she completed numerous studies: NYS Assessor's Association, Orleans Assessors' Association, NYS Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Broker, Rochester Real Estate Board. Shirley was highly dedicated to her career as Assessor of the Town of Shelby 1988-1995, Assessor of the Village of Albion 1991-1997, Village of Albion Coordinator 1995-1997. She served her community in the Business and Professional Women's Organization, Young Women's Service Club, former Twig Association member and Albion Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Coffey was an avid antique collector/appraiser and was co-owner of Sales and Services, a unique household antique and estate sales company.
