Frank Borski, Sr.
Frank Borski, Sr., 166 North River drive, suffered a coronary occlusion at about 4:15 o'clock Monday afternoon while working on the property of Sam Monastersky, 209 North Third Street.
An ambulance was called, but Mr. Borski died before its arrival. He had resided recently with a niece, Mrs. Burdick Hicks at the River drive address.
He was born in 1889, at Jordan, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Borski. He spent his boyhood there and later went to Chicago.
Mr. Borski returned to this area, residing at Mill Creek for a time and, after his marriage to the former Josephine Kujawa of Wakefield, Michigan, he lived at Junction City.
The couple were divorced about 10 years ago and since then he has lived in Stevens Point, making his home most of the time since with his niece, Mrs. Hicks.
Since living here, he was employed for three years in maintenance work at River Pines sanatorium and later at the Weber Lifelike Fly company and the Joerns Bros. Furniture company in the same type of work. His most recent employment had been by Mr. Monastersky.
Surviving are 10 children; two sisters, Mrs. Jake Schelke, 536 Water Street; and Mrs. Paul Okray, town of Linwood; and a number of grandchildren.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Leo, who died two years ago.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
