Title	An Werse und Ems
Description	Dies sollte der Anfang eines Familienbuchs für Handorf an der Werse (bei Münster) werden. Aber im Lauf der Zeit stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Vorfahren viel mobiler waren, als wir dachten: Heiraten über 30, 40 Kilometer waren keine Seltenheit. Und wie ich schon früher schrieb: Die Werse stellte kein Hindernis dar! Dorbaum und Kasewinkel sind die Handorfer Bauerschaften; zwischen Dorf und Dorfbauerschaft habe ich nur unterschieden, wenn es möglich war. Bis 1822 wurde praktisch nie ein Ort angegeben, daher immer: Handorf. Ich danke den Forscherkollegen Josef Häming und Volker Wilmsen für ihre große Hilfe und für wertvolle Beiträge.
