Siehe Wikipedia : "In der NS-Tötungsanstalt Hadamar auf dem Gelände des Altbaus des heutigen Zentrums für soziale Psychiatrie (ZSP) (Psychiatrische Klinik) auf dem Mönchberg in Hadamar /Hessen wurden zwischen Januar 1941 und März 1945 im Rahmen derogenannten Euthanasie etwa 14.500 Menschen mit Behinderungen und psychischen Erkrankungen in einer Gaskammer, durch tödliche Injektionen und Medikationen sowie durch vorsätzliches Verhungernlassen ermordet. An dieses Verbrechen erinnert heutedie Gedenkstätte Mönchberg. (...)"
