I also after lots of research through deed and wills that the Mary on the 1850 Census with Daniel and the Children is Daniels Mother in law and the daughter of Martin and Catharine Booher. I only hope I havent confused you too much.. i could be wrong i think these things are never 100% that is why i don't like putting my work on line because i dont want to have stuff out that that people might copy and it possibly be incorrect...but this is what i have down in my genealogy and I have been working on it for over 25 yrs..if anyone finds it inaccurate I would love to know because i would like to correct it. Thanks for the interest not a lot of people are interested and if i can help you any other way let me know Carol {Daniel and his wife were first cousins, she being the daughter of Mary Booher [unmarried], dau. of Martin Booher.} !CENSUS: 1840 Source-2 p. 133 image 73 next door to Adam Booher, Daniel male 30-40 [1800-1810] David, b. abt 1799 male 10-15 [1825-1830] Elias, b. abt 1829 male 5-10 [1830-1835] Daniel, b. abt 1832 male 5-10 [1830-1835] George O., b. abt 1834 male 5-10 [1830-1835] Edward, b. abt 1837 female 50-60 [1780-1790] Mary, b. abt 1780 female 10-15 [1825-1830] Mary, b. abt 1828 female 5-10 [1830-1835] Catherine, b. abt 1831 Note.
