Obit in The Anthon Herald, 19 October 1927, page 1:
Mrs. Lincoln A. Robinson, who has been ill for many months, died at her home southeastof town Wednesday morning. She has been a resident of this community since childhood.
Alice Coon was born in Spring Green, Wisconsin, in 1861 and came with her parents to Iowa in 1869. After short residences in various places in thestate, they moved to Woodbury County in 1876.
In 1882 she was married toL.A. Robinson and they started the new home on a farm near Correctionville. Sixchildren were born to them: Ina, who preceded her mother in death last February,Mrs. C.H. Johnson, Mrs. Louis Dunkelberger, Mrs. Earl Chase, Clarence and Howard Robinson.
Her death came as a close to about two years of suffering. She was a member of the Christian Church having united with that faith during theservices of Rev. Walding at Rock Center several years ago.
She leaves tomourn her husband, three daughters, two sons, one sister, Mrs. Margaret Summersof Correctionville, two brothers, W.W. Coon of Leeds and Jasper Coon of Chico, California, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at the Christian Church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
