In his 1849 Land petition, Conrad said " your petitioner's mother's name was Sarah Brown" CHILDREN.. The records are for the Trois Rivieres Protestant Church 1768-1792 Henry 1781 born 4th Oct, baptised the 7th of said month, son of George Kintner and Sarah Brown, sponsors his parents. 3 birth dates have documentation which conflicts with those remembered by Conrad. Eleanor's, John's & Elizabeth's. Looking back some 80 years in not unexpected. Nelly (aka Elinor) Kentner was, along with about 100 others, struck from the provision list on 1 Aug 1781 because she was age 17. If so, she was born in 1764, the very year the Kentners arrived in Philadelphia in which case her mother was Caucasian and the legend of George's wife being a Mohawk is not supported. DEATH..Aft Jan 1805 when George Kentner & Wife sold Lot 17 Con 5 Matilda. She may have died in Matilda on the family farm, Lot 10 Con 3, before George sold the land in 1811 or she & George may have moved to live with one of their children by 1811. If with Elizabeth then buried in the Hough Family Burial Ground George died before 1816.
