Allio, 63, of 68 Rockwood Ave, Oil City, died at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie. Born Feb. 17, 1949, in Tylersburg, he was a son of the late Russell and Dorothy Cope Allio. Mr. Allio was a barber and had worked at Joe's Barber Shop in Erie and later at the Seneca Barber Shop. He loved to shoot pool, cook, cut hair and spend time with his family, kids and grandchildren. On June 18, 1976, he married the former Sheila Pace, who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Tandi Trumble of South Carolina, and Marcie O'Neil and husband Dan, and Lynn Ochs and husband Luke, all of Oil City; and one son, Russell Allio of Oil City. He also is survived by nine granddaughters, Alicia Slywka, Alex Slywka, Hayley Ochs, Hanna Ochs, Jillian Ochs, Layla O'Neil, Dani O'Neil, Brianna Allio and Kenzi Allio. Also surviving are two brothers, Ron Fletcher and wife Donna of Franklin, and John Fletcher and wife Edna of Oil City; two sisters, Marlene McCormack and husband David of Sligo, and Virginia Schubert and husband Gary of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Dorothy Viola Fletcher; a sister, Elizabeth Fletcher; three brothers, Joseph Fletcher, Frank Fletcher and Robert Fletcher; a sister-in-law, Patricia Fletcher; and an infant granddaughter, Emily Rae O'Neil. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Morrison Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with the Rev. Sue Hoover officiating. Interment will be in the Tylersburg Cemetery.
