[Abraham.FTW] Looking for any relations or info on Chambers Brinkley, son Harry Curtis Brinkley and wife Lucinda C "Carrie" Brinkley Martin and daughter Garland Brinkley and Walter H Nutt. Chambers came to KS from Pennsylvania. Wife? He or his son, ran a hotel in Leavenworth Kansas. Son Harry Curtis and Lucinda "Carrie" Ballard had 2 girls-Gladys and Garland before they divorced. Carrie remarried a man named ? Martin and raised her daughters in the Kansas City area. Garland Brinkley married a Walter Henry Nutt. Their children were Frances and Walter Garland Nutt. Walter G. married several times (Pauline from Philadelphia, Bette ? and Marge? and finally moved to Texas somewhere (Nogales?) and we have lost any knowledge of his offspring. Died Oct. 23, 1907 in Leavenworth KS. Lived there about 10 years. Member of the Eagles Lodge. Buried in Leavenworth, KS.Married Lucinda C. Ballard (nickname “ Carrie” or “Carra” in Albany, MO. Jan 24th 1888 [Lucinda "Carrie" was born May 4, 1868 to Harrison Ballard and Frances E Culbertson. Died May 15, 1952 .
