BRIGHT – Marie H., 85, Westmont, passed away Aug. 11, 2009, in Morgantown, W.Va. Born Oct. 10, 1923, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Steve and Clara (Speicher) Young. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony J. Bright; brothers, Ralph and William Young; and brother-in-law, Robert Andrulonis. She is survived by children, James A., married to Elizabeth J. (Zemet), Johnstown; Thomas L., married to Joyce J. (Thompson), Shippensburg, and June M., married to Jerry W. Stire, Morgantown, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She also is survived by sisters, Katherine, married to Nick Catizone, St. Pete Beach, Fla.; Edna Andrulonis, Pittsburgh; and Irma, married to Tom Adams, Pittsburgh; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bright, Pittsburgh; and many nieces and nephews. She was a Navy nurse at the end of World War II, and worked as a registered nurse for the American Red Cross until her retirement. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a longtime member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Very Rev. Paul E. Turnbull, V.F. Friends received from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, at the Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd., Johnstown. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum.
