She said they came from Kentucky and Marthawas a large red head that road the mule from KY and the mule was a swayback by the time it arrived in Haywood Co.. she also stated that Johnwas a full blooded Black Foot Indian and had long hair and never baathed.After researching this I found that John's brothers james was blond hair,brown eyes, fair skin and five foot five inches tall. The other brotherwas George, blond hair, blue eyes, fair skin and five foot five inchestall. Don't sound like Blackfoot to me.
