Peter Kosloski

 

Peter Kosloski, 63, a lifelong resident of the town of Eau Pleine, died Friday night at 7:40 o'clock at St. Michael's hospital where he was admitted on July 6. He had been ill the past two months.

 

Born Feb. 8, 1892, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kosloski. He was married Nov. 11, 1917, at Junction City to Agnes Richert. Surviving are his wife; a son, George Kosloski of Junction City, and a daughter, Mrs. Robert Peskie of Stevens Point; three sisters, Mrs. Frank Spreda and Mrs. Joseph Klesmit of Stevens Point and Mrs. William Skibba of Junction City, and two brothers, Frank Kosloski of Tomahawk and Joseph Kosloski of Junction City. There are four grandchildren.

 

Mr. Kosloski was a member of St. Michael's Catholic church of Junction City and its Holy Name society.

 

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the church with Rev. J. Kelly Cosgrove officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.

 

The body may be viewed at the Martens funeral home at Junction City after 6 o'clock this evening. Rosaries will be recited tonight and Sunday night at 8 o'clock. The Altar Society will also conduct a rosary at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon.

Kosloski Funeral

 

Services for Peter Kosloski, town of Eau Pleine, who died Friday, were held Monday morning at St. Michael's Catholic church in Junction City.

 

Rev. J. Kelly Cosgrove officiated and burial followed in the parish cemetery.

 

Pallbearers were Jacob Wayerski, William Smrz, Joseph Plackowski, Ed Uher, John Wayerski and Mike Wayerski.

 

Coming from out of town for the rites were Frank Kosloski and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dix, Tomahawk; Mrs. Hattie Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. William Mallek, Mr. and Mrs. Sig Bednar and son, Ronald, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Price and Bill Kraft, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Kosloski, Oregon, IL; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kosloski, Oconomowoc; Mrs. Eleanore Mikich and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Skibba, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs Eugene Skibba and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Doehr, Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Phil Bikowski, Miss Jeanette Bikowski and Chester Olszewski, Menasha; Mr. and Mrs. John Kapka, Burlington, and others from the Portage county vicinity.
