I have not yet joinedany of the genealogical groups, so I don’t know my way around the different sites. I just consider myself very lucky to have come across your websites so quickly on this journey. Thank you for inviting my Krull Branch to be included in your work. However, due
to a family situation, I don’t feel, that at this time, I can accept.If, sometime in the future, family issues get resolved and I have family permission, I would be most happy to be included.
Also, there also seems to be an issue as to which Elizabeth
Krull married Peter Gloe in 1866.
Is she the Elizabeth “Lizzie”
Krull, whose parents are:
Johann Friedrich Christian-“Charles” Krull and Mary Schale (Shale)?
Charles was the son of Carl Ulrich Elias Krull and Louise Anecka
OR
Lisette Wilhelmine "Elizabeth/ Lizzie" Krull, daughter of
Charles "Carl" Krull and Maria Schefe?. Charles was son of Carl Fredrich Krull and Louise Aneka.
I have tried to get marriage records from Lancaster Co. Nebraska but they do not have either one listed. Perhaps, you can shed some light onthis issue. If I am reading your information correctly it would be Johan Friedrich Christian-“Charles”. Any way, I would appreciate your imput.
Note: information on Peter appears to be locked on any of the sites that I have been on.
So, I don’t know what is going on with that.
On a more personal note, I have been to Germany once,(Paderborn Area)though not as far north as where my ancestors are from. It has been adream for me to learn where my roots are. So, I guess I am beginning to realize that dream.

thanks for your email. Yes, we are related. Welcome in the great Krullfamily.
I work with the PAF program and upload at krull.tribalpages, ancestryand Gedbas. Best you can see at tribalpages via edit and my email adress and password jerryk. At ancestry and tribalpages I have to delete everything and upload new; at Gedbas I can make an update.
Our tree at tribalpages has the blue familyline; our family has more than 6000 members. I can send you the tree as .ged file, if you use a genealogical program. I would like to add your branch of the tree, thechildren of Charles have not yet all facts. The descendants of my uncle live in Seattle, we spent ther 3 weeks only family in Seattle, Spokane and Springdale. My uncle visited us threetimes here in Germany. --

Greetings from Omaha. Thanks for responding to my e mail and yes, I did get the picture. It came through beautifully. Thanks! I have been tothe Hallam gravesite and
thought that it was as your picture indicates. I have not been to theCenterville Cemetery,
where Mary Schale is buried.
It is good for me to understand:

Apparently, both were referred to as “Lizzie”.
My sister had thought that it was Lisette ”Lizzie” That her mother wasMaria Schefe and her father was Charles ”Carl” whose parents were Carl Fredrich Krull and Louise Aneka.
How confusing this has been. You really have to pay close attention tothe very long names, they are so much alike!! I think I’m straight now.
I will have my sister take a look at your web sites and hopefully it will resolve for her too.
Now, for the Peter Gloe issue:
Yes, there are two. Peter Jacob Gloe Sr. who was married in 1866 to Elizabeth Krull. They had 6 children. Willliam, Charles, Peter Jr., Otto, Edward and Agnes. My grandfather was Charles. According to Biographical Album of Lancaster Co., Peter and Elizabeth also had 5 children who died: Oscar, Hina, John and 2 who died in infancy unnamed.
When I said I couldn’t find much information on Peter Sr., I meant I can’t seem to go back any farther than the following:
*Different records give different year dates of birth (1834-1836-1837)
*From Holstein, Germany (can’t find any further information as to where in Holstein)
*Who his parents were or other ancestors? (Brother& sisters: John, Hans, Inea, Anna, Henry, Katie, Dedlif, Telela)
*Immigrated from Prussia 1864 (where?)
*Left from Hamburg, Germany (can’t find either departure or arrival dates on passenger lists or the ship name)
*17 day journey-Landed - New York City
*Clay County, Illinois for 2 years before coming to Lancaster Co. Nebraska.
*Marriage (date or place?).
I guess I will keep digging!
