"John Hawkes" book, by Ethel F. Smith, 1960, p. 79. She m. 2nd Thomas Fuller
1 Nov 1753 (Lynn VR). Diligent search has failed to reveal the indenity of
Hannah Priest, John's wife. She was definitely not of the family of the
Mayflower pilgim Degory Priest as he left no male progeny. She was long
thought to be the dau. of Joseph and Margaret Childs Priest of Waltham, MA,
but that Hannah m. Philip Gage and resided at Weston (not Lynn).....
