TOD: OBITUARY from "Marshfield News Herald" Sept. 24, 1965 Henry Voskuhl Dies at Age 85 Henry Voskuhl, 85, of 713 Maryknoll Ave., died of complications at 6:30 a.m. today at the Marshfield Convalescent Center where he had been a patient the past six months. He had been in ill health for sume time. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. The Rev. W. J. Dillenburg will officiate, and burial will be made in the Gate of Heaven cemetery. The body will repose at the Rembs Funeral Home from noon Sunday until time of services. The Rosary Society service will be conducted there at 3 p.m. Sunday, and the general rosary service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday. Mr. Voskuhl was born Feb. 15, 1880, in St. Anthony, Ohio, and received his education there. In 1912, he came to Wisconsin and settled on a farm in the town of Rock. He had been an employe of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad until his retirement in 1945. For the past 10 years he had made his home with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brandt. His marriage to Mary Multerer, who preceded him in death July 11, 1961, took place May 22, 1917, at St. John's Catholic Church in Marshfield. Mr. Voskuhl was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society; the Catholic Knights of Wisconsin, and the Railroad Brotherhood Association. Surviors include two daughters, Mrs. Theresa Kautzer, and Mrs. Charles (Marie) Brandt, both of Marshfield; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and a sisters.
