"part of lots 1 & 2 in Block 11, beginning on east side Second Street between Main and Mulberry Streets, 30 ft from corner of the brick store now owned by Nathan Cantrell, hence in the direction of Third Street."
They sold the property to J. W. Jenkins on September 7, 1886.
