Marsdorf is in Kreis (county) Naugard, near the large town of Gollnow, inPommern. (These were the German names when your ancestor lived there. They arealso found by these locations if you try to find records in the LDS filmlibrary.)
Church records would be found at:
Lutheran Parish at Barfussdorf, Naugard
Catholic Parish at Louisenthal, Naugard
Civil Records would have been at Barfussdorf. I don't have the Polish namesfor these villages, if they still exist. They would be 25-30 kmnorth-northeast of Szczecin. Gollnow is now Goleniow, and Marsdorf was 4 kmeast of Goleniow.
