BIOGRAPHY: Never married, Doris had two years of college and was chief librarian at Allentown Public Library from 1949 to 1953, working there from 1930 as assistant librarian. She worked as assitant librarian again from 1954 to 1958 and then at the veterans Hospital in Lebanon PA until 1970. She retired to Spanst Guest Nursing home in Lebanon and died 11-27-1993 of coronary arterescherosis, per Dr. Tibbits, MD.
